Does anybody watch this Series? I have seen season 1 half a year before on TV and the first 13 episodes of season 2 on DVD in the end of my Holidays and I was really impressed with it. I love series with a plot that evolves during the whole Series and where the Focus lies on the main characters which are introduced more and more and show different sides. What I especially like is that they have many storylines running at the same time so there always happens something interesting and I have not seen so much content in a Science Fiction series so far combined with stunning digital effects. I hope this series runs long on TV...how is it doing in the States and are you guys already in the 3rd season? If so please don't spoil! "Adama is a Cyclon" or something like this.

Re: Battlestar Galactica

I watch it, and have been hooked since the first two hour movie was broadcasted. Season 3 has not started yet, I don't think it starts until September...I can't wait!

I followed this as well, waiting for the next season. It's definitely interesting and satisfy my sci-fi lust!

Re: Battlestar Galactica

Yea. Excellent show. I grew up watching the original and was a little sceptical about the changes they made in this new series particularly with gender changes. But it has by far exceeded my expectations. Can't wait for the new season to start.

I can't get enough of Boomer...yum yum. Everyone of her. :Naughty::RockOn:

Re: Battlestar Galactica

Wow, didn't know there was a remake. I used to be a huge fan of the original series. Gotta love the cyclon chrome, very Daft Punk'ish shit ;)

Re: Battlestar Galactica

They're finally started broadcasting it overhere too (season 1). Dayum what a change from the old series.

I love the emphasis on the characters and the choices they're facing. Very dark..

Btw, the Cylons look a bit goofy in the new series imo...

Re: Battlestar Galactica

Great programme, just got season 3 on dvd. They are ending it in season 4. (which is great, cos otherwise it will end up like 24).

The cliffhagers in season 1 and 2 are great, as are the space fights!

When you say season 3 on DVD that mean's store bought I presume. Because if it is that gives us Aussie fans some hope after they showed 4 episodes of series 2 at a reasonable viewing hour then confined the rest to TV viewing graveyard on 12:30 Sunday nights!!!!:evil:

Re: Battlestar Galactica

Great show and I've seen all the episodes. The show is as strong as Heroes or 24. I didn't see this mentioned, but Season 4 will be the last. From what I read, the show ratings are still good, but they want to finish on their own terms. I'm sure many of the actors want to pursue other projects since BG helped their careers.

And the US is on season five already.

^ ^ It's not my fault that you have no education. Talk to your parents about it.

Re: Battlestar Galactica

Well, as a matter of fact, you're right about that. When the original series were on here (back in the 80's), they were on the same time as sports on Sundays... Guess which channel the tv was on? Guess that's why I like watching this shit a little more today :D

Nah I try to not watch that Frakkin show. But my good friend loves it, as does my Mum. So I catch it every now and again.
