Good performances by Denzel and Clive Owen. Jodie as always was great, but lacking in screen time!

Direction of the movie was good, some interesting editing in parts. Certainly one of the better movies I've seen lately, but I'm not sure that actually says much.

Show it yesterday.... Excellent film!!!!!!!! Its gonna be one of the best of 2006 for sure.... Loved Spike Lee's diresction and sence of humour!!!!!!!!!!

This movie has been by far the best movie of 2006, and I am even venturing to call it the best movie of 2006 and here is why:

Everything in this movie is top notch: the acting, directing, the plot, the dialogue, the special effects. It has all the Spike Lee touches making the movie smart and witty. This movie touches so many aspects of human nature that it will take paragraphs to elaborate on that. I think the best way of describing this movie is like an Ocean's 11 mixed with Crush!!!

If you see one movie this year, make sure you see this one, you won't be disspointed.

Ocean's Eleven is probably one of the last heist films I'd mention when compared with this as that's complete balls. It's also far from top notch and as for best movie of 2006, it's March folks. Like others have mentioned here, Spike Lee's films are normally well accepted, granted it's worth seeing and has some interesting moments but it does lack in action which is usually expected from such a film. All in all an easy 2 hours passed entertainment IMO, just don't expect too much as I think many might find it a bit long.

saw it today, finally, and thought it was awesome, clever script, if not entirely unpredictable, good acting, definately going to pick it up on dvd when it comes out

is the movie really that good?? i was actuatlly waiting for this and its showing in the theaters now but apparently some doffus at the distribution company thought that they would get more box office if they had muted all the swearing in the movie to get a PG rating .. now people are complaining that its close to unwatchable due to the muted dialogue .... so it is that good that i could ignore the muted dialogue or should i just wait for the dvd?? :(
