Read El Presidente's or my posts on how to properly argue a point or express an opinion. You should try thinking and understanding other people before name calling and stereotyping others.
dave, you gotta realize that Cat lives in the most redneck right-wing province in canada, where being gay can mean an ass kicking in a parking lot. she is not liberal in her responses, just forward thinking. tolerance is the cure to violence and hatred.

Re: Brokeback Mountain
but me and most Americans don't care to see movies about gay lovers.
And I don't care to see movies about straight lovers constantly, but I've been barraged with those since I began watching movies as a kid. The movie was incredible, whether you're gay or straight.
I think people should be debating whether to put homosexuals in mental clinics. Same sex sexual orientation is a disease.

Now....people on this message board are obviously will come out with comments such as "oooh, a gay in denial and my favourite.....you are so last century"....in which they prove that its a fashion trend.

Before you lot call me a homophobic, go read some science journals, there's study after study in which they prove that homosexuality is unnatural and defies logic.

Still not convinced? let me give you some stats.....if you exclude african immigrants in the west then 85% of sexually transmitted diseases are from gays.

Good thing the movie flopped and already out of the charts.

Anyway, i posted my message, you can have a go now....
homosexuality USED to be seen as a disease, the medical world has moved on since then. DSM IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders - Fourth Edition), published by the American Psychiatric Association, Washington D.C., 1994, the main diagnostic reference of Mental Health professionals in the United States of America. this book containts all mental diseases and helps shrinks to diagnose the patients disease. Homosexuality isn't listed (anymore). So it isn't seen as a disease anymore. get your facts straight

Re: Brokeback Mountain

Never understood why there has to be an explanation (scientific or not) why some guys like to pump brown stars. Next thing you know, they're gonna put me under the scanner because of my big tits fetish... Jeez, aren't there more important things to do research on? Like Ebola for instance, H5N1 or the friggin hole in the ozone layer (that sounds sooo different in this thread, hahaha).

@ sono (rhimes with homo): bend over buddy
