Its PG-13 because it has minimal CG -- which in my books makes it scarier..

It's completely mismarketed as a horror film, when it's more of a courtroom drama.

I didn't think it was that scary. :/

yes not scary, however what surmounts to the creepyness of this flick is the fact that its based on a true story. Its an incredible movie to watch i.e. so realistic, its incredible.

One of the better horrors I've watched. DEFO worth a rental or even buying the DVD.

this movie fucked me up for a good week straight. i find demonic possession to be the most terrifying thing on earth. in saying that, movies that also fucked me up include: stigmata, the omen, rosemary's baby, the excorsist
