Has any one seen this movie? Thought it was going to be good from the preveiws but wish I would have spent my $8.50 on Wedding crashers instead!

Re: The Brothers Grimm
sorry for being misplaced. It started out ok but a half hour in it just got stupid and hard to follow. No way as good as the trailers led it to be.
baked on the sofa. <-- the only way this movie will make sense imo.
Re: The Brothers Grimm
i loved it, really good, scarier than i had anticipated
Re: The Brothers Grimm

I'll be interested in hear how others weigh in, as I was really anticipating this flick.
Just as someone else mentioned - a Gilliam film -- that bad?
He has the right to fail, of course. But he usually doesn't...
Re: The Brothers Grimm
Just saw this one last night..wasn't impressed at all though I love Fantasy movies. Nothing you need to see in a cinema and pay for IMO. :what

werd up. This film is one of those films that only seems good after a long puff session.
I watched it twice, once straight (which I grudgingly liked, only because it was Gilliam), the other time stoned out of my gourd (which I liked even better because of all the pretty effects).
The reason why this didn't work was because of constant reshootings and script revisions. Gilliam wanted to walk away from this, and eventually did to make the other film that he made (name escapes me, but it had Jeff Bridges, was about heroin adiction and opened at the Toronto Film Festival this year).
