Re: THE DEVILS REJECTS

the website has about 15 clips. doesnt look near as good as House of 1000 Corpses, and one of my mates that saw it confirmed that.

clips here > http://thedevilsrejects.com/clips/

and if you are over 18, there are some supposedly hardcore ones too.. yeah right.

I thought it was too.. very very disturbing. but maybe thats why this one falls a bit short, we know what to expect now, as in the 1st one I had no idea, lol. But that pretty much goes for any horror movies that have sequels, rarely as good or terrifying as the 1st.. IMO

the scene where the cop get shot in the yard and the camera pans out and there is silence for 40 seconds is one of the best i've ever seen in movies...

Re: THE DEVILS REJECTS

best horror movie of all time

"last House on the Left."

dont compare any horror film until you see this. still the only one i cringe at even though i have seen it 50 times. its something else and it redefined the way we look at what a horror film is versus a gore filim.

Re: THE DEVILS REJECTS

just finished watching this. killer movie, and was very impressed with it. There were two scenes where I couldn't figure out if there was some type of inside joke going on between the characters or if it was bad acting... after watching more I just realized it was bad acting.

regardless, I definitely recommend it.

Kind of like the kid that claims to hate rap but listens to bands like Tool, Limp Bizkit, Taking Back Sunday, etc. I fucking loved House of 1000 Corpses.

Re: THE DEVILS REJECTS

just seen this. cool movie but hated the ending with lynard skynard freebird playing. that ruined it for me. did like some of the camera shots in this movie as well, although i don't recall the one shosh mentioned.

never saw 1000 courpses yet.

Re: THE DEVILS REJECTS

as i rethink it, i can't tell wether this particular scene was in "Devils Rejects" or in "House of 1000 corpses", maybe thats why you can't remember. It really is a scene to remember, left me mouth open on the couch, really really well done.

Re: THE DEVILS REJECTS

i scanned back through the gun fight when the rejects were in the house covered with armor and didnt see any pan out shots or any silence for any length of time. guess i need to watch 1000 courpses anyway.
