I watched this movie last weekend, and I really liked it. It´s sci-fi with a police/suspense theme. The visual art is great, like 300, Sin City, and those movies that try to look like comics. I don´t remember if it was a big thing back in 1998, but it´s a very good watch imo.

Agreed.. always liked this one as well, recommended. It wasn't really well known but those that knew of it, liked it a lot I think.
