sheeeiiiitttt....
Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Isn't this a bit of over-overkill now on this franchise and all the other comic movies??
Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Overkill as in too many superhero movies or?
These are cash cows, there's no overkill when it comes to money.
I'm a comic book fan so I'm enjoying the plethora of options. And not all of them are good ...
Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2
saw this on Sunday... It was ok. Toooo many romantic scenes, not enough action. Villains are great, Spidey too. But didn't enjoy it very much overall. 5/10.
Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2
I know what happens in the end and I'm hesitant to watch this on the big screen, it's gonna be devastating :(
Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2
wasn't bad, but overly long - this had no business being nearly 2.5 hours.
Didn't mind the romantic element, as I feel that Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone sell their chemistry way, way better than Tobey McGuire and Kirsten Dunst ever did (I wanted to punch both of them in the face). Not really surprised that they told the romantic angle so well, considering that the director Marc Webb directed 500 Days of Summer.
Also, it was nice to have the Spider Man angst that the comic book always hinted at.
Re: The Amazing Spider-Man 2
Terrible pacing, waffling all over the place, and a rushed ending.
