I didn't see a thread on this, but I probably missed it as a I can't believe no one has posted about this show yet.
While the show has come to its conclusion some time ago, I've been watching the DVDs and have one episode left in the final season. I keep putting it off as I don't want this amazing show to come to an end. The show has pulled on pretty much every heart string I have in my chest throughout the five seasons. It's not as savy as some shows out there, like Mad Men, but the relationships on the show are just so.... I don't know. It makes me nostlagic, happy, sad all at once, its really not about football, but rather about the bonds of a family, friends, team and a town. My wife hates football with a passion, but loves the show as much as I do. Anyone else seen it?
