at the top of the screen there are 2 yellow menu bars

the second one has

user cp, arcade, calendar, downloads

click on downloads and once you have downloaded it add .mp3 at the end

You should have made the Downloads link flashing as well as follow your mouse around, no matter where it was on the screen. ;)
