it is true. we recorded it with the camera and extracted the audio.
it's the last 90 minutes from the set. one of the best sets of the WMC. before the eraser... you can hear the crowd singing "SASHA.... DIGWEED...SASHA... DIGWEED"
min 16: nathan fake - outhouse (valentino kanyazani remix) min 42: space gypsie - true love never dies min 66: liz frazier - underwater (charlie may new mix?) :shock: AMAZING TUNE! min 83: thom yorke - the eraser (strech and verne edit)

Its a (possible) remake of an old classic deep house track from the 90's (At least the vocals are). Maybe it has the same title as the original with a remix...
Been looking around for it in my Archives but to no avail.. 90's deep house tracks are a bit hard to find. Especially the ones out of the US.

I agree with you ... I tried to find a track with those vocals as the tittle but not way ... This is the type of music that John plays once a year ... It will be really hard to find the remix of this track!
In fact of that ... its unbelievable how it soundsss ... that gig was the best in my hole lifeee ... Sasha was crazy ... he left the stage with the track that comes after the remix of Screaming Hands ... AWESOMEEE .... I thought I was in a F-1 race :twisted:
After that John played True Love Never Dies and the club start groovingggg ... the quality of the sound was also perfect !!!!
I can listen Sasha and John every day ... my entire life ... without getting tired !!!

Well I looked around at some older various tapes / cd's of house of the 90's and the only thing I found was Deep Aural Penetration - All I want to do (Wheel recs)...can't find a sample though... anywhere.
But I've heard the original track before... back in the house party scene when I was in high school lol
I doubt this mix john plays is remotely close to having any title as the original; whatever that may be.

John will never give the name of that track ... but perhaps ... if we start sending emails ... asking to play the last hour of the set ... maybe he drop the remix of the track!

That will be a dream become true ... unfortunely John only play one set a year in his radio show.
Last year was the [EMAIL="gig@PawnShop"]gig@PawnShop[/EMAIL] ... and I think that this year is the one @Fabric!
In both gigs he played for 6 hours :twisted:

Haven't downloaded the set yet but it could be a bootleg one-off remix of Depeche Mode - See You. The chorus goes something like "And all I want to do is see you Don't you know that it's true". I don't think Depeche Mode themselves know how many remixes of their work are out there.
