Final “ Live In” album from John Digweed now available to Pre-order
Got it ordered! Very excited about this, seeing him and Sasha about 3 weeks before this comes out
Curious as to his reason for it being billed as the the last one in the series. Im sure there are 10 or more reasons as to what it could be though. Either way, pretty pumped!
Looks like a proper release but since its his last one it should have been a Sasha & Digweed one, their Coachella set from 2023 is full on Vortex mode.
Shame it's not the full set.

Happy release day! Just finished disc 1 and now starting into disc 2. Pretty good so far.
Bought the digital copy, didnt want to wait for my cd copy to arrive. Its on youtube as well.
On disc 3 now...pretty banging by this point
1st one needs another listen.disc 2 is really dreamy then dark.
Very pleased so far, great flow and tracks
Wow, i am very impressed by cd 3 and 4. First listen through is fantastic, one of John's better albums for sure.
cd 5 just started, lot of energy coming off disc 4. :Twilo:
This is the John I fell in love with. Dark, groovy, taking you on a journey. His mixing is so so good.
^^^^ thats how I feel, this is proper classic John Digweed. House-y, then dark and hypnotic and thumping hard. Mixing is extremely smooth on this one too. Easily one of the best in the series
The whole release is on YouTube

Saw him in September and he was briliant, in great form with many quality bangers on his sleeves.
Really enjoy Digweed sets lately especially the 3rd hour of Puerto Madero.
Not a big fan of the live in series, giving this a proper listen, i like how it unfolds musically, great journey proper mixing quality tunes, got amazed at first listen and its definitely a grower also.
The way it stops sounds like he might be releasing the rest like he did with Montreal.
Really have to fix my old CD Player and get the physical release as well 8)
mine came a couple of hours ago. I've got a backlog of cd's to listen to.
^^^ Where are you Phill?
i am in the US. Mine hasnt left the UK yet, I have a tracking number but no delivery date. Thats partly why I bought the digital copy as well.
Was supposed to see him in Dallas with Sasha in Sept but that was when he was ill.
Loving the few sets Ive heard this year, last couple years in fact.
Good journey on this one, dark yet musical. As always, would love to hear the rest of the set but I dont feel like it ended too soon either like a couple of them did ( Cordoba,Toronto, South Beach)
Really freakin enjoying this from start to finish!! It has exceeded my expectations, stellar journey, amazing build up!!
My first ever live in series that felt so engaging i heard it from start to finish loud on speakers (scuze me neighbors) almost without skipping or interrupting, was anticipating to come back home and listen the rest.
Its been very long since i heard a great compilation.
Thats exactly how I feel, amazing from start to finish amd exceeded my expectations as well. Perfect set in my opinion.
Although some great mixes and tracks from the 2010s, I like the music of this decade more than the last one.
If this is actually the last one in the series its more than a proper farewell, salute to Sir Digweed.
How many hours did he actually played that night ? did anyone go ?

He played 10 hours, started at 4am.
Anyone else notice the digital download is missing a track? Jonathan Kaspar - CHI (Track 1, CD 4) makes the "continuous" mix not so continuous.

I will check.

Missing Tracks:
[]Maher Daniel & John Charnis - Lonely Stars in Open Skies []DNA Presents - Extacy Feat Natacha Atlas - Elliot Moriarty's Interpretation []Kabi - Slider []Leandro Caceres - Text W []Gadi Mitrani - Inra []Chris Fortier - Cool Gold []Martin Herrs - The Last Call - Remcord Grassmix []Davi - Forbidden City - Khen Remix []Moshic - Love Made Me Do It - Guy J Remix []Rêverie - Impulse []Jepe - Serena []Argia - Chavala
Oh man.... So they are on the continuous mixes but not given to us as individual tracks?
Also, my cd copy still hasnt been picked up by UPS, still waiting for the tracking to update. Am I the only one?
as stated in GYY - my cds arrive unsigned and unnumbered despite the order specifically stating that.
Terrible
Where are you located? I am in the USA and still waiting for mine to be picked up by UPS and leave the UK

^^^ Are they missing from the continuous mixes or just as individual tracks?
I thoroughly enjoyed the final installment in the series. Wish we had more hours of that night, BUT it is never enough so satisfy us!

I bought the downloaded version, those individual tracks are missing, except for CHI - Jonathan Kaspar.

I have hopes he will either release the remaining like he did with Live in Montreal, or through Transitions, like he did with Live in Miami.
I love it, great set. One of my favorites in the series.
Keeping fingers crossed for the finale to be at least aired on transitions....dont know if he will do another release but would be a nice Christmas surprise on his show. That being said, glad we got a good amount of the banging parts as well as the build up.
Ive been trying to get the TMstore to tell me what the hold up is on shipping out my cd and tshirt . They told me some item or items are awaiting the supplier to deliver them so they can send out the order. They seem to indicate that i can see which items are delayed on my orders page, but it doesnt say. I assumed it may be a ladies Futuro shirt i had in the order, as that may be out of stock but I really don't know if its that or the cd itself that hasnt arrived from the supplier. People here seem to have their cd though...
I think they are finally shipping my CD and Tshirt

I'm not going to try & number the series in order of my favourites, but this one is definitely up the top along with Fabric, Tokyo & Montreal. Miami grew on me over a couple of listens tooo,
For me, its the most boring compilation in the series. Only second half of CD 4 and CD 5 worth listening. No standout tracks. Just remember, how good old "Live in" are, Cordoba, Toronto, Argentina, London, for example, each of them has many memorable tracks. But it is not John's fault, mixing things up process is masterpiece after all, its just about modern muisc became boring AF.
Im surprised, i find this is a return to old school form for John....progressive, dark, melodic and trance-y at times, techy at others.
Also, finally got my physical copy today:D
was it numbered/signed ?
Yes it is, and at first i thought it wasnt but its on the box not the slipcase. Its a sticker with the number and the signature. I will say this, it looks a bit like the signature is printed on and not hand written. Not really a big deal if it is.

I have to say, after a few listens, its an absolutely brilliant fucking set. Damn near perfect
