awesome track id , I've heard a lot of good things about this track specially because i'm a big guy gerber fan ...

must say first 30 minutes of the mix is a high end tech house and ofcourse that track Id confirms it . as far as the mix goes it's been a Long time since hernan dropped some diva vocals , I think last time i've heard him drop them was radioslaves long distance remix of dead souls. back in 2008

That long breakdown between the first transition of the 2 first tracks are mindblowing how well he dropped the bass on minute 4: 52 is sick!!!!! just plain sick !!!!!!!!

That first track just screams through my head !! I absolutely love it . :D This set epitomises Hernan's work , he takes from every genre and makes it all his own !! :D He expresses emotion in his music like no other Dj in the world !! :D

Today I saw 47 new members registered on MS, a record on MS history and I was wondering how many of them are new to Hernan? , have they seen him live ? would this be actually the first mix they heard from him ?

As I was thinking about that , this track came on by [B]Diego Poblets_Eliptica[/B] and thought this is a track that if hernan would play it live , it would create a moment in the night so deep and emotionally intense that it would be engraved in peoples mind forever .... the breakdown comes on and so does that beautiful melody , he would shake his head from left to right really feeling the music and watching the reaction of the crowd, at the same time some people from the crowd would probably make a loud noise , couples would hug each other , others would just stand staring at Hernan feeling the music most likely with their hand to their chest with emotions running very high ... I would say to all these new members this is why I think Hernan is among the best dj's in the world because he can create moments like this one! , till now if im not mistaken this is the best moment of the whole mix ... amazing track :Bingo:

I think i will need to listen this a few times - not immediately grabbing me the same way as the live 2009 mix - love the way that track at 44 mins comes in tho!

I must admit unfortunately...same thing goes for me..I really wasnt feeling this set. At first listen it sounded rather boring and unexpressive but since i love most things Hernan I will give it another go, maybe it just didnt fit my mood at the moment i listened to it

6000th post. Of course I knew what to say. :lol:

If I had one complaint about this mix, it is the length, I had exactly the same reaction that I had here in Melbourne, I said "You stopped !! :lol: Having said that after he had played for nearly 6 hours, this mix probably could never had been long enough for me. :lol: I'm still really happy we got the quality rather than the quantity though :lol: It is a different mix to the way he played here, that was more soaring, but this is just wonderfully deep and dark, as TomTom said, that first bittersweet track , just pulls me in every time. Probably one of the most emotional mixes I have ever heard!, maybe the most !

Guy Gerber is totally forgiven for stoppage time, :lol: I love the second track as well !! Btw Is that Pete Tong speaking there?? If it is, I take back everything I have ever said about his voice , :lol: He sounds so sexy !! :LoveYou::lol:

Just having another listen to this. It keeps getting better and better. I dont know how this guy keeps doing it. He is certainly one of the most consistent djs out there in my opinion. Incredible stuff. Diego Poblets- Eliptica is such a unique and emotional track.

I have listened to it 3 times now.

First 25 minutes are excellent. Very enjoyable indeed.

After that it gets really plain and boring IMO. Last track is half-decent but nothing that memorable. He seems to shift down a gear in terms of tracks and beats.
