For what its worth I loved the first half of Diggers set but then he went all industrial noise and banging banging techy/electro stuff - which doesn't do it for me - last hour started to sound good but we left at 7.15

i didn't have any little friends but loved what i heard of john's set :D admittidly that wasn't much as we only really made it to the main room about 4-5.... and even then you couldn't fucking move :?

Nobody is talking about a bad day. His mixing is fine. It's the fact that the music he's been playing for about 7 months isn't liked by people like me, and I don't feel that it works for over 6 hours. Have you heard his Fabric CD? I don't think that most of us would have guessed it was his if we had to guess. I hope that makes sense.

Hello, finally i get to post my thoughts.

I was so disappointed, after not hearing Diggers live for over 18 months i was well up for it. I had to Q for over an hour then another 45mins to dump my coat , still Pete Moss did a fcuking good job on the warm up.

then john came on, 3 hours later fair enough good tunes, well mixed, in fact the mixing was spot on all night. my biggest beef was the last 3 hours, i was not impressed at all. Techno is fine but if i was fucking techno i'll go and see carl cox, when i go and see john i want fucked up prog drug music, not boring as fook crappy tunes with no medlodys.

Disappointed i was, believe me little freiends or not, it was still a waste of ?15 which i am very sorry to say. i have a great respect for diggers, but i'm not going to part with my hard earned cash to see him again in a hurry, (unless Bedrock comes back, then i'll be first in the q waving my tenners in thge air!!).

I thopugh i'd never say this but roll on Sasha, i fooking hoipe he is the new digweed.!

Pff, that just shows me how much attention you were paying you sorry ass gimp! I was dragged out by the two guys i dragged there in the first place.. they hate Diggers. I left at 5.30 and im sure youll be the first to admit i was better of at home than in there making a tit of myself like i was. Still it was ace to meet up with you finaly, brief as it was, you saved the day for me :wink:

all I have to say is that digweed is the man. we are all here because we know that. ok, maybe some of you may not like the music he is playing now, but he has established himself as the best of the best. I'm sure things will take their course, and 100% of you will be satisfied, and not just 95%.
