True Stress has a root cause... I have found for myself it's usually me being wrapped up or tied to a commitment that is eiher mandatory, or I am smothering my creativity input and/or output.

Remember this... things you feel tied down to, and that are "impossible" to remove from your life, may be farther away than they appear in your mind. I'm fascinated by how simple being at peace is for me. I stopped ignoring the stress, looked at the cause as the pair of shoes that give me the blisters every time, and finally ditched the shoes that looked perfect instead of wasting time and money on socks, band-aids, and"pain killers".

I never wanted to sound like a hippie or a space cadet, or make things sound so simplistic or fantastic in theory... it bugged the shit out of me...

That's exactly what I did: lose the job that's stressed me up all the time and concentrate on the things I like and I'm good at, and make them better. Feel so much better now! :RockOn:

going to the firing range is a good idea.

shooting human figures is great.. plus when you are firing a gun you feel the stress coming out of your body :)
