I was one of those who made the trip (around 350 kms). It was going to be my 1st time watching Digweed. You can imagine my disappointment...

Anyway, we still had our own DJ Vibe on great form, awesome as ever. And I know that Digweed isn?t the kind of guy to make up excuses just because he doesn?t feel like showing up. So, if he couldn?t fly, he just couldn?t fly. I anxiously await his return and wish him all the best.

A few years back Digweed was scheduled to play his first solo perfomance in Cleveland.....

I am originally from Cleveland and flew all the way up there to catch this........

I got to the club and the had his name flashing on the screen Tonight: John Digweed.....

Then when I arrived to the front door to the club there is a piece of paper that says John Digweed will not be performaning due to Health reasons....

I was very very disapointed....My buddy and I then hightailed it to columbus (3hr drive) to catch lawler who was also playing that night....

ya that was sasha. i remember hearing about this right before he came here(like 2 weekss). something about his eardrum being blown out? but he showed up and played none the less.

Lets hope diggers will be alright. Maybe he just got the flu or something.

The first time i ever met digweed was at crowbar back in 2001 (seamn pappa timo show) at wmc....and diggers told me that sasha would not be playing cuz he had an "ear infection"

Sasha had a perforated eardrum following a car accident back in 2001... which actually gave him the time to make ADD.

damn...you guys are harsh. These guys fly in and out of time zones, plays really long sets into the wee hours of the morning...they are bound to actually get sick once and a while. I know we all think digweed is a god, but even god's do get sick.
