I nearly bought a place on the palm a couple of years ago.

I have a buddy who's dad works out there on that huge they're building. He just got back after spending the holidays there and says the place is absolutely amazing. Very little police presence and no taxes. He played out on NYE and said it was one of the most amazing crowds he's ever witnessed.

and I thought it was already and incredibly beautifuol beachfront...that's just pure insanity!

My brother lives there. has done for the last 5 years.

The place is amazing. A little hidden gem in the middle east :D
