This guy is definitely on a roll of late.
thanks man
Sound Revolt: Any particular plans for the WMC?
Nic Fanciulli: No. I?m not sure if I?m going. I played in Miami on New Year?s Day and I love that city but around the conference it?s just a bit too hectic. But if I go I?m gonna do a party at Space with Deep Dish, Danny Howells...
x'es fingers ;)
Hmm, I saw his name floating for the Radio 1 party at Nikki Beach. Guess someone posted that prematurely or something.
he was there for last years Nikki Beach party.. I am sure he will be there, can't see why not. He was the best dj at the nikki beach show last year
Yoshitoshi Party
Club Space Saturday March 26 10pm-12noon
Lineup: Deep Dish Danny Howells Nic Fanciulli Behrouz Max Graham Pete Tong
Thanks the link brother!!!! :!: Great was!!! I love his music!! :Naughty:
could really do with out tong and graham imo.
i dont mind tongy.. so long as he keeps his big gob closed
I don't mind Max. Saw him last July and he was spot on. Laid off the euphoric stuff he tends to throw in his radio mixes and got pretty dark and dirty at times.

Drools...
Nic has been all over the NY scene lately
Seems everyone is playing his mixes as of late
Thanks for the post
nice to see you put up a new interview...actually went to the site yesterday looking for one...one day off :)
hmmm now if digs, sasha, and van m are playing that night vs. that lineup listed....decisions DECISIONS!
^^ Easy Sarsha and Diggers.
Deep who??
^^ Easy Sarsha and Diggers.
Deep who??
It's not that easy. We have to decide between Sasha, Digweed, Zabiela, UNKLE, Van M, et al at the American Airlines Arena (where the Miami Heat play basketball) with a crowd of 18+ candy ravers fresh out of Ultra or Deep Dish, Behrouz, Fanciulli, Graham, et al at Space. I'm leaning toward Space & Fanciulli. I can see Digweed the following week in Atlanta.
nice interview, he plays quality electronic music and the remixes are not so bad too looking forward to his essential mix

you guys think the scene at american airlines arena will be that bad??
me and my buddy were pondering on going, but the huge venue is a bit of a turnoff :?
but the huge venue is a bit of a turnoff :?
Much agreed!
Sasha & Diggers, its crystal clear almost for me :o I'll cross the ocean to see they in action at WMC,it'll be like a religious xperience..
I can see Digweed the following week in Atlanta.
you gonna come party with us in ATL?
I'm thinking about it.
Getting back on topic...
Nermal, I really enjoyed the interview, as I have most of em. Are you the one doing the interviews? cause I love the way you're willing to disagree and you manage to get a less serious, more down-to-earth side out of most of your guests. Keep up the great work :Bingo:

Much agreed. It's almost as if they open up a bit more and don't come out with the standard answers to loaded questions. Definitely a spot on job!
thanks guys
ruby :)
wow. ruby - my smile related to your post on the first page. I didn't notice the second...
Some interviews are done by me and some by my brother. A lot by the two of us. The author is in the frame to your right. If the interview was done by the two of us - it's stated in the end of the article.
thanks again. We really want to make it interesting. That's why we hate doing the corespondence ones (vide Digweed)
well then give my kudos to your bro as well and keep keeping em on their toes. Looking forward to your next one :)
and that will be Warren I guess? :)
still got Mojo and Barish Turker & Subsky.
and Warren - yeap.
stay tuned
cheers
I was confirmed to play with him on the 19th
hope you record it FiF !!
Re: No shower with Digweed this time.
Holy Shit!
He was at Piekarnia and my cousin missed out. He's still a houseaddict in training so to speak, so he's not familiar with some of the lesser known names.
Sometimes I wish I lived back in Warsaw so I could get him introduced to the music better.
Sound Revolt: Yes, but sometimes it can be a disadvantage. When they know the crowd to well and play in that club too often they can get bored and lazy.
heh, Mark Oliver here in Toronto has been weekly resident at The Guvernment for over 7 years. Every weekend he plays for 8 hours: 10pm-6am. A true legend here. If he left then a big part of the scene would leave. And every time I've seen him warmup for a guest DJ, he usually played better.
Re: No shower with Digweed this time.
Does anyone by any chance have Nic Fanciulli's Essential Mix. I have never heard him, and he's gotta have some talent if Yousef, Deep Dish, Morillo and Lawler all gave him props... I'm lookin on slsk right now, but coming short on the Essential Mixes...
I'm lookin on slsk right now, but coming short on the Essential Mixes...
I just got about 8 million hits for it, try again.
Go see Fanciulli if you can, I checked him out 2 days ago and I'm impressed. Definitely worth a listen.
Defo Sasha + Digweed instead. . . . . :D
