It's to do with Blu-Room Records, not Shiloh or Blue Room Project.. From what I've made of it so far, Steve took Ger's track and relabeled it as his own production - Blu-Room Freq's - Xpand Yir Mix.... He then passed it onto various people, I'm assuming Shiloh was one of them and were unaware of the fact that the production was in fact Ger's..

Hey E - a clarification:

I was entertained by the fact that Blu Room got caught with their pants down and was forced to admit their fuckup. Classic schadenfreude or revenge complex there. I was infuriated by the fact that they did it but I gave propers to Ger for standing up for himself throughout. I was also not the first one to claim that the thread was enteraining...maybe so on ms.

And I think it's a decidedly different scenario than the couch thing as I had nothing to do with it and can do nothing to change this situation.

sadly we couldnt do anything about the track as its not an official remix,were just pissed off coz it was nicked on us and passed off to loads of people as someone elses track,and i didnt want it passed ot to many people in the 1st place.

Not any more Ger... Their show has been removed from the Eccentric Beats Radio Residency List after discovering the GU Thread and the way they approached such an issue.. While they provided us with great mixes, many that were shared here on Mercury Server ala Trafik and Pako & Frederik, as well sets by Habersham, Lexicon Avenue, Dave Seaman, and Stel, we felt that it was in our best interest to part ways....

I realize Ger can't really do a thing legally let alone get any compensation. He can however get the satisfaction these people are exposed and seeing the repercussions of their amoral conduct. Unfortunately, this isn't the first or will be the last time a label/"artist" has done this to another.
