Some of you are missing the point.. She was caught with a boogie board bag full of pot, she's claiming it was planted on her and she has nothing to do with it. It's not a question of her knowing the consequences of smuggling!
that sucks horribly but idk bout that whole "planted" in her bag scenrio. I think she has to bite the bullet no matter what she looks like. It sucks but she shodl know better. Everyone who is about to indulge in some sort of illegal activity should be aware of the charges. Its like that american who was cained for defacing cars or graffiti or whatever it was he was doing. Too bad she cant get back into her country, and charged there in Australia.
