There's plenty of talk around town already about WMC, I just can't help but think this years is going to be extra awesome for some reason... having said that, who's going from MS? Meet-ups were a lot of fun last year, hopefully this year we have a good group. Damn, I can't wait :)

^I stayed further than that last year, up on 69th :shock: but it was free ;) We took the bus to and from the parties every night, it was an interesting 1 time only experience :lol: $10 for the week... way better than cabbing it.

I was suppose to be there this year, but now with a wedding to pay for I will be passing. I will however be in Florida midway through September for a week or so!

I am!!! Haven't worked out the finer details but I know of at least 4 other gals from this city who will be going and we've discussed sharing a condo so we'll see what happens! :D

not sure now, there is a lot of confusion over who is going for the actual wmc, or who is going the last week in march

leaning towards no at this point, saving my $$$ for maybe DEMF or a somewhere out of the country later in the year

what i learned from being at wmc last year: Forget Ultra,(although i sold mine and all my friends saturday tickets for a nice premium) Forget the Conference, Forget all the pointless parties with long lines infront of them (coz that mostly means shitty music) if u get to see digweed at vagabond and got on his and sasha's boat party then you my friend have been to WMC

agreed, although i'll miss the pool parties and the general anarchy of wmc week, i dont care about the conference itself or ultra, just tell me where sasha and diggweed will be playing and ill be there.

if by that you mean Ultra, then yes, the real shit will be at the end BUT, if there is any truth to the news that Ultra is making the dj's sign exclusive agreements, then you may want to rethink your planning

One of the dates i cannot miss is Luke Fair.. Do you think he will play on the 8th to 12th days? I mean the boat party?

I generally like to see how many of my favorite dj's I can see in 3-4 days from 12pm - 6am every day :lol: ... I also enjoy how WMC takes over South Beach, which is a great change of pace from the typical South Beach vibe.

Ha! I just found out theres a very good chance i'll be there. I'll be on the west coast up and down for 3 to 6 months soon and will appatently be visiting my friend in florida in the beginning of march. No details yet but i'm excited :D
