I'll DL this too if uploaed. Cusick used to open up for S&D (well mainly Diggers) in the latter part of their residency at W 27th and always did an excellent job.

Zippyshare has maximum of 200mb and my Soundcloud is a free account. :( would be much easier if you just got another browser on your Mac and keep Safari as your default.
