What would you guys consider the best, low memory usage audio program alternatives there are out there. I'm using Windows Media Player and Winamp, I'm find with Winamp but it seems to be having trouble playing back my wave files which I have been using Windows Media Player to play back. But at this point, I am really tired of Windows Media Player because of the graphic interface. Any suggestions, comments, anything appreciated to the highest degree. THANK YOU

I just use Windows Media Player 10, with the SmartDisplayBlue skin. I like it better than Winamp, that's for sure.

I use wmp 10 as well. It's definitely a bit of a resource hog, but it just sounds better than winamp to me.

Same here I have both Winamp and WMP installed (any report options disabled suck my balls Microsoft) and use DFX 6.1 (Equalizer plug in) to increase the Audio quality and WMP just sounds better on my system. I only use Winamp for audio streaming.

winamp is ok, dont know if its the best but it surely beats windows media player

I have given up on Winamp, I now use WMP. The toolbar thingy is decent, it uses about the same resources as Winamp, and i can deal with the occasional cpu spikes. And it sounds better.
