I watched the speech and it makes some good points, I think the main point (and definitely supported by the comments in this thread) is that:
You are letting your distrust of everything corporate and big government allow you to ignore the fact based science, since you can't trust anything big pharma or anything the government says, then you should ignore all of the evidence and just do what you feel is best. This is not a good thing when the overwhelming majority of people from around the globe who actually have degrees (posing for playboy doesn't make you an expert in the field of medicine) tell you to do this, but since you think they are all in on the con you do that.
