Yup ... didn't think it's that great but probably have to be there to experience it. From the video it just looks like a bunch of geometric shapes with light projections. The track is cool though.

Was there, the light show was shite, very poor indeed, Sasha was not. But i was there for Aeroplane in room 2 which was the highlight of the night for me.

Yeah Sasha was good on the night but he should have played for longer. The light show was only OK from a perspective of being on the dancefloor. The youtube footage I have seen of the Australian tour looks much better. Actually the marketing people have made this look a look better than it actually was, with the video and the photos. Very clever.
Matter need to raise their game on the visual side of things. I have seen far better visuals at other places that have much smaller budgets. I think he is contracted to do more events at Matter, be interesting to see if Matter can get the whole night right. Charlie May was excellent but Three did a very poor job of the closing set. Completely killed the vibe at 4:30 and it took him at least an hour to even begin to get it back.

Oh and its not Sasha's light show, its the resident visuals people at Matter. Its also a different group of people to those he used on the recent Australian tour.

Will go to the next one, i had a better time than i do at Bedrock at Matter, there were women there on saturday, something you dont see at bedrock!

Yeah bit strange when the floor's a bit quiet, I've never noticed it before as have always ventured down when the floor has been a bit busier

I was there and it was an amazing night, the only criticism is the London crowd, just not as up for it as they are anywhere else in the country. as for the lighting set up....Fantastic, can't comment on it being better or worse than the Aussie gigs, I expect it's just different.
anyone with a recent set from Sasha get it on here 2010 if pos. but anything from 2009!!
