Had the chance to talk to him before his gig in London the other week. Been a hero of mine for a very long time too. And he's such a nice chap. I know that phrase tends to be thrown about a bit like we're expecting everyone to be arseholes but he's so genuine. It's refreshing.
Think I may have a boy crush going on. :shock:

Charlie is so down to earth it's unbelievable......met him outside the bogs at Cable and called him a f*cking legend and he seemed totally unfazed by it......Iffy you the man so keep it real and you'll be all good

Went great, I played my own kind of stuff and ended with attia and neriya at midnight. Charlie played blinding stuff. Hes a super nice guy, and is really down to earth, jokes a lot and. He was on fire. I'll post pics and my set later. I'm gonna get some sleep now.

Nither Charlie's set or mine were recorded as that is not allowed at these sorts of things. I was just going to put together the same tracks that I played in that order and post them here.
