given that the closest known galaxy is 2 million light years away ( [URL]http://hypertextbook.com/facts/1999/SaraLi.shtml[/URL] ), i would think that our planet actually having alien visitors would be a little far fetched. given a light year is 5.88 trillion miles.... that would take a living creature one hell of a long time to get to earth... and given what we know about animals on this planet, it's doubtful these creatures could survive for trillions of years without food or water (assuming all living creatures live like they do on earth).

these numbers make me not believe in UFO's. what i do believe in is the US goverment performing numerous tests that they do not want the public to know about. not that they care about tommy and suzy knowing, they care about other nations learning our secrets.

the factor that you havent considered is the limit of human technology and understanding. just because we say its a long way and takes a long time to get there is relative. if there is intelligent life their concept of measurement, speed, time and space could be completely different from ours.

That is not enough to make me believe in aliens reaching earth. Our earth year may be a fraction of another species idea of a year, but their year could also be a fraction of ours. Bottom line is that I believe what the worlds top minds know about physics and what a living creature needs to survive over a shitty YouTube video.
... But like I said I will never say never!!! I would like to hear it from an astonomer nerd who doesn't sleep at night cause he/she is starring through a telescope all night.... Not YouTube.
