Depends on whether you want it for your car, home, or both. You just have to purchase some sort of XM receiver and sign up for the service. I'm not sure about a sign up fee though.

I love XM radio best investment i made this year. Not to mention Opie and Anthony are fuckin funny..
Jibby it cost for both home and auto about $150...I got an for a special which is a hell of a lot cheaper...just PM me or catch me on slsk later tonight ....
