Well I guess it's a 'Clash With Reality' that he was 'Slaughtered' and is now off to the 'Cemetary Gates' for 'The Sleep'.
This shit's getting out of hand though.
we need to get this guy to a Tiesto show ASAP!

Vulgar Display of Power was the shit. anyway, that's a terrible story. the guy's brother was the drummer in the band. i can't even imagine what that would be like to watch as your brother is murdered in cold blood. this world is messed up
what a boner. good thing the bouncer rushed the stage before anyone else got hurt.

Not in this country I'm not, and that's sad.
Hey shit happens, we take a risk walking in the streets of getting hit by a bus. I mean when your number is up it is up. It is just how sad and unfortunate you die when your number is up.
All you can do it sit back and watch it unfold.

Way to sum it all up Plato.

Hey I just tell it how it is.
Lv-8 we def can do that to tiesto...
somebody actually did do what their musik advocates
Shows how much you know what you're talking about dumbass. I've been a Pantera fan for 12 years and not once have I heard a song of theirs advocating murdering someone in cold blood.
All of you trying to make a joke or make light of this can KISS MY ASS!!!! This is a tragedy in the highest sense of the word. Imagine if someone walked onstage on gunned down Digweed in the middle of a set for no fucking reason. I doubt any of you would be cracking jokes then. Show some compassion for Christ's sake. Vinnie Paul watched his brother get killed, along with 4 others, right in front tof his eyes. And some of you want to joke about it??!! FUCK OFF!!!!!
haha... like it said... ya show a prefect example, all ya need now is a gun in your hand to prove your point
one thing to add....
a pretty funny memory.
in HS, back when, a few friends of mine , and me, went to an anthrax, pantera, and biohazard concert. while not a HUGE fan, i enjoyed the show. but whAT really made me a fan was when pantera ended the show with this guy coming out on stage and tossing free weed to to the guys in the front of the crowd.
Thank Goodness.
haha... like it said... ya show a prefect example, all ya need now is a gun in your hand to prove your point
Listen man, I don't know who the hell you think you are but don't start throwing around accusations like you know who I am or what I'm about.
A gun in my hand to prove my point?? I've never even held a gun in my hand. You wouldn't know this because you have NO IDEA WHO I AM. Think twice about telling someone about themself.
Thank Goodness.
Please tell me that you have more class than to say this about the tragic death of someone else. I think highly of you asdf...that would be extremly fucked up.
^ dude its a sad thing that happaned and i know your a fan but the reason no one cares is because.. first off no one knows the guy plus... no one here bar urself was prob a fan of the band...
Ive seen too much death and hardship for it to register with me.. as it was said before......shit happans..
no one here bar urself was prob a fan of the band...
Disagreed. I grew up really enjoying most of their music (hence the reason I paid my tribute with song titles from the band) and thought it was even cooler when they made the theme song for the Dallas Stars.

of course I am not serious. I am not a sick fuck. It sucks the guy didn't make it. That is why I had that the devil face afterwords.
RIP.

That means that making jokes about his death is OK??!!! Who cares if no one but me and skahound are fans. It has nothing to do with his music. He was senslessly murdered. Justify it however you want.

OK...I knew you were better than that.
Of course you did, because you've made hundreds of lifelong friendships via a message board. just because you see someone post something every day doesn't mean that they're someone to think highly of... I'm not saying that you shouldn't think that way of him, but what makes you think "highly" of someone on a messageboard? People die every day, so it's nothing surprising. I might blame the media, but this event didn't affect me/phase me one bit. Does that make me someone that should get no respect?
this is terrible news. i really liked pantera's music, but regardless, it's just so fucked up that someone would do this.
what is with the reports saying only one member of the band was killed as far as they know...was vinnie or someone else shot too?

OOOOOK...don't really know what warrented that response, but whatever. So it's impossible to think highly of someone's opinions or views from what they say on a messageboard? Do I know any of you as people??? No. Does that mean I haven't gotten a slight idea what you all are like as people from our delightful little conversations? I think so. Can I have gotten the impression that someone was a better person than to say "thank goodness" upon hearing of a senseless killing. Definitelty. Good enough answer??
I've always loved the "people die everyday" response. If it was someone you admired and was influencial in your life would you have the same response??
Thats not cool at all. Dimebag Darrel made Pantera, the one reason they were in existence. Dimbag had incredible fucknig talent. FYI he was playing for his band Damageplan, no idea who they are.
RIP Dimebag
Very sad this happened, fucking crazy shit world we live in, but Evangelion, seriously did you really hold in high esteem, admire and were influenced and had life changing experiences from a guy called "Dimebag?"
Very sad this happened, fucking crazy shit world we live in, but Evangelion, seriously did you really hold in high esteem, admire and were influenced and had life changing experiences from a guy called "Dimebag?"
I've had some life-changing experiences from dimebags...does that count?
oh and for the record, I've heard of them, in fact seen them in concert a great number of years ago, and they were good. This is sad news indeed. RIP

So now the name someone goes by determines whether or not he was important to somelse or not??? Unbelievable. So if a guy who goes by the name Sasha or Dubfire or Meat Katie dies it means that much more. He was one of the best guitar players of all time, regardless of style of music. He influenced thousands to pick up guitars and make music of their own. That counts for nothing??
Just curious guy. Jeez Louise. 'Dimebag' isn't exactly a role model's name. I was just asking. 'Sasha' doesn't quite have the same conotation as 'Dimebag.' Certainly we can agree on that.
Respect to his guitar playing abilities.
^^^ok, how bout we change the dj example from sasha to the scumfrog, then does it not matter because of his non-role model's name?
