[FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]Last night was one remarkable night, not sure how was i was thinking about not going ! coz I would have been fuckin gutted if i missed such an amazing 3 hrs of tunes and beats......[/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2][/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]Made sure to go early to avoid door harassment and get to see S&D from the start as it wan announced that they will play from 11, so I was on the dance floor with cold beer at 10:45 met funkykarma & his girlfriend , Ali Ajmi was doing a good opening set, but the club to my surprise wasn't full or close to full, time passed by and no signs of John or Sasha, then John showed up at 11:45:D[/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2][/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2][B][U]John Digweed:[/U][/B][/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]First, he changed his Haircut !! bit shorter now than last time I've seen him in April, he came on at 12 and opened with 2raumwohnung - Wir Werden Sehen (Solomun Vox Remix) then followed by Dosem - Beach kisses (Rework)....then he twisted the mode into some dark tunez that i do not recognize, however it was very groovy and progressive in this very unique still that you can only witness from John, this went on for another 60 min till Sasha took over.....[/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2][/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2][B][U]Sasha:[/U][/B][/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]First, Sasha was hanging around the DJ area while John was on, he looked tired and he gained some weight, went and said hi and he was very friendly.....[/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]He took over at 1:00 am and he jumped rite into it, with hard beats with techy edge in the start, then he switched into more driving baseline and groovy tunez and the Abelton was doing the tricks, ping-pong, sing a song ..you fuckin name it :) he was doing it....by that time the club was so rammed i could hardly move, we got a good spot with couple of mates and we guarded the space.[/SIZE][/FONT]

[FONT=Arial][SIZE=2][B][U]Sashweed Turnmill:[/U][/B][/SIZE][/FONT] [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]2:00 am John join Sasha and he plays this incredible tune, Amazing base line that kept going on and on with few breaks, For me this tune took me back to good old years ( IMO best tune i heard this year) from this moment on they both took control of things and playing back to back, they destroyed the place, I meet this random guy on the dance floor tilling me it's 1998 again :lol: Till the last min the place was packed, made an early exit 5 min before the music close ( 3:00 AM) but Sasha was playing one of those sasha tunes with amazing melody and great base.[/SIZE][/FONT]

[FONT=Arial][SIZE=2]Without a doubt they are on form, haven't seen sasha in long time, but he delivered, john as always deliver in this amazing style, I guess SW4 will be a treat and personally I will be looking forward for Bedrock 11.[/SIZE][/FONT]

I was there, awesome music, the place sucked...too tight for a such a show,,got pics with both guys and had a chat with sasha too, for the first hour sasha was just out of it,,seriously thought he was gonna take a nap somewhere, until he switched with digweed and then he just blew are minds out, it was techy, proggy and 1998..they played, kurzweil, on off, purple soul, beach kisses, and of course digweed cant go a set without guy j's-lamur, the last hour of the show was just 2 good 2 be true, dont mean to make those that werent there jealous.....but you dam sure need to be... [B]IT WAS FU**ING AWESOME....[/B]even though i couldnt move from the crowd and i had people asking me which one was sasha...

^^ Dude, I think the remarks are tongue in cheek ... and it's also the sort of useless and mindless twaddle we like to share and debate on here.

We'd noticed at Space that Diggers had his new snazzy summer haircut .. and my brother commented how Sasha was sporting a middle aged spread when he last saw him with me. It's the sort of rubbish we may talk about down the pub. It's not like we hold in depth musical debates 24/7.

BTW ... we're stalking them as much as we can - especially at bedrock nights, there'll be tons of stalkers there in October - join us !

wish I could have been there but I cant complain, I was at Creamfields in Malta and that was fantastic! So glad you had fun event though it was at Sanctuary, John and Sasha are never to be missed, legends!!

haha had to comment about the looks, I always notice when John changes his haircut, when I saw him in Miami it was long, which was good cause he looked like less of a geek, and ya Sasha is putting on a little but with the lifestyle he has Im just happy he is still at the top of his game!

Some here do care about the state of John's hair, and even more here are in love with the "man-like". I personally could care less about his hair, but I would have seen what trainers he was wearing.
