Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

Any hot sauce with an erupting volcano on its label (a metaphor for you know what) is too hot

Nice. I will check all the pics out. I go through a bottle of that stuff probably every 6 weeks just by myself. I've got about 5 bottles in the pantry right now. :D

My friends got me the sriracha cookbook a while back for my bday:

Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

I put it on my omelette this morning, it was quite good :)

Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

I use it instead of catsup for that too. Also mixing it with catsup for dipping french fries is the bomb. Also on pizza. Fried rice. Cheese and crackers. Chili. Soup. Ramen. Mac and cheese.

Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

Is there a better snack that cheese and crackers? Perhaps nachos, but that's it .

Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

I like buying a block of some sharp chedder and crackers and some summer sausage, nuke it for about 10 seconds to melt the cheese and put a drop of sriracha on top of each little sausage/cracker/cheese combo...its good stuff and easy to throw together.

Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

I buy real organic healthy blue corn tortilla chips, throw extra sharp cheddar on top (white not yellow colored cheese) some black eyed peas for additional protein etc and green chillies chopped up. Some cayenne and a lil olive oil and hot sauce. BAM!

Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

Bought 100% Pain tonight - it is hotter than I normally go but it's really good :). Great flavor. I sometimes get canker sores on my tongue and/or the inside of my mouth, have so since I was a kid....this 100% pain habenero based hot sauce pretty much took the pain away from my canker sore, so now I f'ing looove this shit!

Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

Also Sirarcha's factory near LA is being asked to come up with a way to remove the smell the plant is causing, neighbors are not happy about choking on the nearby air from the plant.
Do you love chocolate? Do you love chilli? Do you love feeling like your tongue is melting and your tears are on fire? Within this unassuming and sleek black packaging lies the supremely hot delicacy you've been waiting for – Instant Regret Chilli Chocolate.

We extracted the capsaicin (the hot bit) from the hottest chillies available, the resulting infusion burns like a thousand suns, and then we made delicious milk chocolate with it. Or at least, that was the plan.

If you’re the kind of seasoned curry connoisseur who asks for extra spicy, or the type to drizzle Tabasco liberally on everything, then this may well be a dream come true. However be warned, this ludicrously hot chocolate is not for the faint of heart... it’s not even really for fun. Strictly speaking, it’s probably not chocolate at all.

So just to confirm for anyone in the remotest of doubt – our Instant Regret Chocolate really is extraordinarily hot. The factory didn't really want to make it. It's fair to say that it turned out quite a bit hotter than anyone expected. Still, what is joy without pain – excruciating oral and internal pain?

Challenge yourself, and your friends. You won’t regret it.*

Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

The jellys are relatively tame. The chocolate, I ate a quarter of a square, that was enough.

Re: Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce

"Instant Regret" does kind of send a warning signal to my taste buds . As did 100% pain. Nice part of choc or chips being ultra hot is how much longer they last. i wonder if super spicey chocolate ice cream exists? The chips, I can eat about 6.
