Re: Going to London on the 28th of may

hello!

i'm not in london anymore but i can give you some pointers.

where do you want to stay there are some good cheap b&b type establishments in bayswater, kensigton and kings cross.

otherwise check out UMMHotels they have traveller type cheap accomodation for next to nothing. and you can get a double room. otherwise for easy and cheap rooms check out travel inns or holiday inns.

Re: Going to London on the 28th of may

I've stayed at the Pilot before - it's in Greenwich, nearest pub to o2 dome. Not 5 stars by any means but decent pub and somewhere near where you want to be maybe? The only original building left on the Greenwich peninsula - the rest of it now is a big white tent/dome thing surrounded by a hundred car parks. If there's an event on at dome, book early here Everywhere else i've stayed in that part of the world is a bit too crappy to recommend to be honest but give me a shout if you get stuck

Re: Going to London on the 28th of may

it depends where you want to go clubbing. then find a cheap hotel or b&b near the club. last thing you want is getting a taxi to/from the club from/to where you staying and paying loads of £££. taxis are quite expensive in London. use the underground. it doesnt take long to figure out how it works and you can travel all day and anywhere in London for £5 day ticket.

Re: Going to London on the 28th of may

Getting back on my feet now.. Well fabric was nice its pretty much what I expected it too be. Lots of turists packed and a good audio but I must admit that the club we have in vienna is not to far behind. Today I'm watching the cup final at a friends place. It looks like it's going to be another 18 hours of drinking yayy!
