Just gpt back from yet another awesome night out and felt like sharing with the MS massive :) Just moved nto a nice house with best mate and settling in nicely in Phuket. Haqve met so many cool and interesting (and some very wierd lol) people already, food is amazing, everything stupidly cheap, constant sun, loads of ridiculous beaches just down the road, stupid amount of bars and the girls are rather nice as well ;)

Only thing im missing is my mates, family and good clubs/music. All the clubs here are basically meat markets with only the odd good set or night and thats only if you know the right people to fiind out about in the first place. Even im (who is the fussiest person ever musically) managing to dance to stuff that in the UK I would have literally walked out of the club to, lol. Still, musnt grumble. Certianlyt beats the 9-5 grind in London!

Anyway im prob too drunk to be posting so im going to bed. Slaters 8)

That's great to hear, I'll be flying into Phuket in less than a month and am definitely looking forward to it.

Really looking forward to chillin on the beaches....relaxing & taking in the sun! The beaches really do look amazing there.

Ko Phi Phi looks spectacular, have you visited it?

For sure, I just might do that. I'll send you a PM closer to the date amidst my travels.

I'm staying on the far North end of Patong, supposedly in a somewhat secluded area of the beach

Chalong Bay is a very cool area, hard to get motivated to do anything but lay in a beach chair all day and drink Leo's and Chang's, major envy.

Re: Life in Thailand

Sounds like you're having a great time - glad it's all working out well Andy !

Just remember to heed Pipey's advice - we don't want to be putting together an [ms] collection to spring you out of a Thai jail ... so stick to Singha beer, the tasty curries and the even tastier women for your kicks ;)

Im so lazy its untrue. I have a couple of albums of Facebook but they are not v exciting tbh. When I have a few worth posting ill put some up on here.

Language thing is ok here coz so many people speak enough English to at least get by. Am slowly picking it up though. There are so many long termers here who cant speak a word of Thai which I think is totally ignorant tbh. Its not actually that hard to learn v basic stuff. Some words are a joke though coz one word can mean up to 5 things depending on the intonation, :what

Makes for more interesting conversation then!

Reminds me of a friend who nearly got slapped while trying out his Spanish skills with some locals...
