Guys help me out !!! I really need to find some Deep Dish livesets

Help me, help you. If you don't know where to find them on your own then I'm not going to tell you. Ok, I'll tell you. We have another forum here for live set recommendations. Do a search in that forum for 'deep dish'. Also I've been told, and I can't confirm this, that there is some sort of new-fangled file-sharing program. Now I'm not quite sure how the techmology works, you'll have to figure it out on your own.

I love deep dish. Haven't really heard any new sets by these guys... most recent is probably the essential mix, but not the same as a Live set...

All their older sets are freakin' wicked! And almost all of them usually have artistst and tunes that I've never heard of before... where do they come up with these artists... I guess it would help to put a tracklistings for example but... ehhh, nahhhh :RockOn:

I absolutely disagree. Please read my review of the Deep Dish show here in Orlando a few weeks ago. One of the darkest sets I've heard.

Thats just crazy talk, they practically invented the deep dark progressive house movement, people like Digweed and Sasha followed in their footsteps, the only difference is they play a bit more vocal and less trancy progressive................

Morel - True (DD Mix) - is about as dark and deep as it gets!!!!!!!!!!!

The set I have is a little part or last part of MV's and when sharam comes in... man it gets wicked! I've been to space Miami and I could just picture the night... a really good set by this guy!

I don't think the tracklist represents what the music actually sounded like. The title's are funky...."Roberta Flack". But man it's pretty dark stuff in there...

Each time i've seen them in Toronto they tore the place up, relentless deep dark prog. it was wicked each time. going to see them in chciago on the 26th. 5 hour set.

I've seen DD twice in the past two months, @ Cream-Montreal and Crobar-NYC and there playing really great right now. I can't get enough of their music. I was even contemplating flying to Miami this weekend just to see them. One set thats around is Live @ La Mania 06-26-04...definitely a must have. :D

I guess they weren't feeling as dark when they did the essential mix in august. That thing does sound progressive, but it has more of a house vibe to it.

I thought there recent EM was pretty dire, too many big tunes crammed into 2 hrs but their EM from 97/98 was/is awesome proper hypnotic set and dark as hell :RockOn:

Though to enjoy them too the full you need to hear a 5 hrs + set, saw them at Pacha openiong party in Ibeefa, thought it was one of the best sets I've ever experienced :wink:

i heard 2 all night long sets from DD....the best parties in my life...absolutely!!! :RockOn: :RockOn:

i definitely didn't like the two times they played a remix of flashdance. I wish they would've just played the original one time and left it at that. I can't stand any other remix of that song.

The six hour set from toronto at the end of 02 was really good. At least I thought so.

if your gonna host one host the 2 part La Mania set and the 3 part Muretto sets, their better than the Pacha set or even the Siofok 6 part set, which is pretty aweome apart from the last hour, where they seem to go into greatest hits mode!
