ok i just arrived home after a delayed flight. took me 12 hours to get from miami to calgary. words dont describe how tired i am. i went to sunday school @ the ice palace and partied until 5pm on sunday, then went to sander for a bit (couldn't handle any more, my feet were absolutely done). i promiss i'll upload vids tomorrow, and i am the one with the group pic with diggers. :)

i went to the hallucination party friday from 5 til about 11 or 12 whenever it ended, hung out then went to the crosstown rebels party at 5a.m. sat morning til 12. tried to get a couple hours of sleep but failed and then went to the rooftop ruckus party at 4p.m. to see fortier. from there i cleaned up and relaxed a little before going to vagabond at 9p.m.. stumbled out of there at 7a.m. and down the street to sunday school til about 7:30 p.m. my feet hurt and i'm sore everywhere from dancing. i got home yesterday and within 3 hours got sick with a cold. i saw joris voorn at sunday school and he was incredible! so was martin landsky, matthew dear, and ida engberg! side note, ida engberg is fucking hot!!!

Damn! I was there but didn't know about the meet-up. I'm really not qualified to post a review this year. I was really annoyed that night (anyone else feel like there were too many 'Miami types' there)? I also had a supplement which turned out to be something other than expected and I ended up sick as a result.
I did talk to some others who were there last year too and they said it wasn't as good as 08. For me it wasn't, but again I was in a different state of mind last year. I was really looking forward to this show too after last years performance and seeing S&D a couple nights earlier at Mansion (that was an excellent show).

I dont think he will ever top the 08 show. Truthfully that was a once in a lifetime perfromance. out of this world really. unless u were there its almost impossible to explain.
So far it seems the reviews and hype for this year isnt even clsoe to it was last year on this board.....i still get chills thinking about the 08 show

no, unfortunately! he was supposed to play outside, but it kept raining and finally they gave up and brought the lineup inside, which delayed everyone. i just couldn't stay anymore to catch him...next year though he is on my must-see list.
