Haha that's awesome! That was my favourite part of WMC...meeting all these amazing people who make the music we love happen and actually getting to talk to them and hang out and party.

During Seaman & Warren's set tonight I talked to hernan again briefly, got a cool picture with him, didnt ask for a new mix just talked about the last few I had been to and how much I enjoyed them. very very nice guy indeed. He was just hanging out and dancing while seaman was spinning. Dave's set tonight was the highlight, really brought some seriously banging beats, very entertaining. johnathen peters was good poolside today...it got cloudy rained for probably 2 minutes then the rain and clouds went away and sun came out, which was excellent timing btw Sun. There are something like 450,000 spring breakers here as well, so it has been quiet the cluster-f but loving every minute. Josh Cowen's set was a good warmup to warren and dave as well. SUPER stoked about tomorrow's bently hotel rooftop party w. LFair, PMojo, DMasiello and others:shock: decided to rest up a bit for it...more to come from SoBe. :Twilo:

THAT is what I love, seeing these big time djs on the floor dancing and paying respect to the talent on the decks, and enjoying themselves. not just sitting in VIP away from everyone :D

last day is tomorrow, the parties pretty much went from monday to sunday, with the actual "wmc" dates were i think wednesday-sunday

Luckily the Shelborne gave me 10 free drink cards yesterday after re-booking us at the Palm Hotel because the people who were staying there wouldn't leave thus leaving no rooms for those checking in. Won't stay there again and will tell anyone coming to SoBe to save themselves time and effort and just avoid the Shelborne...but we also saved money a couple hundred dollars, still get to go to all the parties for free, and are staying in a far superior hotel--cleaner, newer, nicer, quieter...:roflmao: roll'n w. it and looking fwd to room service this morning - cheers :!:

this is the Luke Fair was meant to play at, but due to a scheduling conflict he isnt getting to Miami until tomorrow for the Discoteca party

should still be a great event though! Desyn added in place of Luke isnt exactly a bad thing, lol

You never see him with an entourage, and he answers everyone who speaks to him with respect. I think he is really conscious of his fans ! :D

What A rooftop party it was!

Getting dressed for Sarsha now...

Highlights of Bentley Rooftop were meeting and hanging with (literally) Chris Fortier, Desyn and Omid...

Fortier is not only a very cool guy, his set was top notch (expected)

Desyn...hung out, have pics, talked about my experience in Tijuana handing him a whole bottle of Absolute Vodka, he remembered the venue but said "Bloody hell that was like 4 years ago, i don't remember one track from that night!" Super nice and wow was his set awesome...I kid you guys not, his set had the same vibe as the one I heard in Mexico which (btw was scary to be at the "Tangaloo in Tijuana") you never stop moving or dancing to a Desyn solo set, never.........

Met a lot of dj's from NYC and Miami and have cd's and promised to email them the website address as well as the documentary (that I saw here) which they were all enthusiastic about of course...

ran into diggers at the howells show on wednesday, which coincidentally was fucking AMAZING. talked to him about getting on the boat party, bedrock 11, and of all things....steve james. as i was finishing chatting with him i joked that he absolutely had to record his set on saturday, to which he laughed. then we got on the topic of steve and john was genuinely interested in what happened to him. thought everyone here would like to know that...

ohh, and lawler on the terrace at space was SICK, along with luciano. timo maas then came on around 8am and played the most evil shit i've ever heard. truly twisted. sooooo good :D

SOS tuesday was a great opener set too. very funky...

I've heard some great stories too from friends that are there, glad to hear the economy isnt having much of an effect on the crowds

After seeing your pics florida, Im "officially" sour..... LOL... Ive tried SOOOO hard not to bitch that I wasnt there....but seeing those pics bring a little tear to my hungry eyes.
