With all the tourists that come in for New Year's to this city and I'm sure all the clubs will be a disaster being way overcrowded, etc....So instead, might consider this...

DJ VIBE & VICTOR CALDERONE - Saturday, January 1st @ Spirit.

This sounds like an interesting night to go to - good comb. for a night of tribal..although that sound is sooooo overplayed these days...

Anyone else think this would be worth it...or scary from people crackin' on into this party from the night before?...

Oh that would be so awesome. I love both of them and i dont think that the sound is overplayed. I think Victor is getting better and better.

Sorry to say I'm one of the tourists flying in for New Year.... :P We're looking to do exactly as you say, skip the Friday and go out on the Saturday. That sounds like a decent line up too....

Any other good night going on on the 1st?

Hos, it'll cost you about ?300 upwards from London with BA depending on days and times 8)

Yeah - wasn't cheap, but then it's NYE in NY. Got Virgin flights and 5 nights in the Fitzpatrick Grand Central hotel - ?830 each from Expedia.com.

Was looking to book it seperately myself, but for the dates we wanted flights with BA came out at 600 quid alone, and booking the Virgin flights and hotel seperately came out higher than that, so just took a package from Expedia.

Really looking forward to it, had NY in Sydney a couple of years back, this should be cool too - maybe not as warm though!
