Re: S and D @ HOB, Orlando

I was there! I got some pictures on my phone, so the quality probably might not be the best. I also only spotted a handful of songs, but most of the stuff that was played I hadn't heard before.

One bad ass night

How so?

#1184915Post 8 of 70

Re: S and D @ HOB, Orlando

I bet that was the shortest set they every played together...3.5hours. 10:30pm-2am. Last night had to be my least favorite show that i have seen them play. There were some good moments (12:15-1am was the best) but overall flow for me wasnt there. HOB blows for this kind of event.

harder deeper sashweed no uplifting ttracks just hard core dirty sick beats

HOB has some sick ass visuals behind the decks and they were pretty hot.

that track at12:10 was incredible...that had to be the first real bomb the dropped....

that last hour was so hardcore. i was completly sober so i just was not feeling the last hour.
i dont think they can really get it going right wiht only a little over 3 hours to play

Nope. They played for little over 2 hours here in Oregon last year during their tour.

I got there around 9, Kazell played a decent set until 11 and then they came on and played until 1am.

Needless to say, everyone was gutted and there were boo's when they walked off. :(

this is why I chose not to go...with wmc a few days away, I personally couldn't work up the motivation to be at an all ages downtown disney s&d hob's event...but i am sure i would have had a fun time if i had.

wow 2hours??. that is just plain out wrong. i think most people were pissed last nihgt as well. i was under the impression it was open till 3am but they were completely finished @2

dont even bother playing at a joint that closes at 1or2....hopefully they pick a more suited venue 4edm next time.

yeah, last minute decision, one of my mates is driving down Friday and coming back Sunday, so it will be an abbreviated wmc, but I'm looking forward to it

Anyone that went....Do you guys know what the name of the song is that had the drum cadence in it? It was almost like The Goodmen - Give It Up...it was towards the very end.

Re: S and D @ HOB, Orlando

I was there last night. Didn't even know about it till 4 yesterday afternoon, but me and the girl and two of our friends went down totally last minute. Hadn't seen them since WMC 2005 at the arena and it was awesome to see they can still tear your head off at will. Yeah, it was kinda short, but still well worth it...3.5 hours of bangin' nastiness.
