Can't wait for this - all of hernan's CD's have been top notch .. although I seem to play South America more, which was on the much maligned Perfecto label.

Just had the official poster put up for Hernan's gig in Melbourne 17 , yes I said 17 , support Djs :shock: and Loco Dice has first listing :shock: and they say more to be confirmed. :shock: I should say most of the support Djs are also techno Djs ,a couple really stunning but still techno :(

To be perfectly honest, I don't like this cover as much as his last two. But you're right!! It's all about the music anyway. Some of the producers he's named are the ones I'm enjoying the most at the moment. So i am really looking forward to this release.

But I wanted there to be plenty of room for Hernan to play as long as he liked and obviously with that many djs that just can't happen ! Hernan will still be amazing and I will still have a great time, in fact because I am far more likely to go to Brisbane now, who are having the sort of night I wanted.,I will have two amazing nights. Was probably a bit cheeky of me to want it all my own way!! :lol:

I always thought they were called master series because of the renaissance master painters/ sculptors that they used as the covers of their albums, then checked other albums and realized they use some kind of renaissance feel in almost all their covers:what Still doesn't detract from the music being aces:D

Stoppage Time? Surely this has been remixed to death already? And if my hunch is correct and 'Subtellite' is on there then I wont really enjoy this CD that much

^^^I wouldnt think so mate, no that i don't like that tune, but to have the disc pointed towards that direction , I think it would be an awful mistake , The tune has been overplayed and Hernan knows this , I'm sure he wouldnt put out on his Master series.something that every headliner of 2008 have already played .

Hernan's always tasteful and rarely plays the obvious big tracks .. so I wouldn't worry too much Greg ;)

Hope he has some Dousk on there ... Florence does it for me every time !

Btw !!Great tunes are great tunes no matter how many people have played them !! Personally I am hoping for Chinese massage, and the full 16 mins, not the half mix we seem to be getting. :D

Renaissance has always used paintings for their covers because they're called Renaissance ...

And Renaissance > GU.
