evidently no info has been released on whether or not they are having a boat party this year and wouldn't be releasing any info yet if they were...this is what I have seen for boat parties so far:

I sold a couple of tickets last year to a fellow MS'er. I got them by entering the "Most important person" contest. :lol: I didn't realize I could order more than two at the time so when I found out I could buy more, I did knowing someone would want them. It really was the highlight party for me last year. Sooooo Goooood!!!! Good Luck dfn!

check out the video ministry of sound put together last year from the sos tikki party...listed productions put a lot of hard work putting these tikki parties together..love those guys!!

thats a unique video, love the demi interview his insight is right on imo and does reflect sos's sound well... they are far better live than recorded. that host in the video is pretty hot too ;) the dude in the pink shirt looks like he should be at a tiesto boat party though.

my 2 seconds of fame is in that ministry of sound video...while the sos boat party was happening i was on the s&d boat party...when the s&d boat passes in the video you can see me waving on the side of the boat...i'm the lady in the pink shirt & black hat...weee!!!

^^ not sure yet but it will be around $100

tickets are not released yet but they will be very soon..when they do go on sale, it will sell out in a matter of hours like last year because they cap the number of people on the boat to 150 so that it's very intimate...

it was bangin indeed! my friends were split between the s&d boat & the sos boat last year ...we knew the boats would pass eachother on the water so we planned a banana tossing war...unfurtunately my team lost because my friends going on the sos boat stole our bananas from our hotel before the boats left

it's our own fault for leaving our ammunition out in the open.

Hey dfn...any luck with the emailing? I'm quite surprised the yacht party hasn't been mentioned anywhere yet, but this could be normal. I don't remember how many weeks beforehand they mentioned it last year.

Maybe the credit crunch has kicked in and S & D have had to forego the boat party.

After all Diggers has has to but new laptops for his Traktor and those perm products get expensive - that hairdo doesn't just look after itself y'know, it's an expensive look to maintain !

I remember chillin with these guys in a local Indianapolis club a few years ago, just regular local guys who loved the music; now they're producing big tracks and being picked by superstars for opening sets. It's not really my style of music, but it's very cool to see how far some talent and determination can take you.
