Good - hopefully Laci's friends and family can rest a little easier now.
In cases like this I say no to the death penalty - lock him in a cell with pictures of his pregnant wife all along the walls. Let him rot out the rest of his days surrounded by images of his crime.

Finally justice prevails. For a brief moment I had though he would get away with murder. Scott Peterson should've hired Johnny Cochran.

I thought with his top shelf attorney and the circumstantial evidence prosecution, he would walk for sure. When I heard he first called the police and not the hospital when Lacey was missing, I knew he was fucked. His wife was 8 1/2 months pregnant, when he noticed she had been gone for a bit; he should have called the hospital to see if she went into labor or something. GUILTY MOFO!

well, of course there will be appeals and what not. i think if he did truly do it. life in prison living in fear would be a better punishment
thank god they wont sentence him til late february 2005. i was scared that this would be the last time i would hear about scott peterson.
