Me and my mates are planning to go for a holiday in bucharest next summer.. I heard that the best club in there is called Kristal... i would like any information about other clubs... if the bars are expensive... the taxis etc... etc Any help would be thankful

if you plan to come next summer for a holiday here in Romania, head over to the Black Sea coast, Mamaia, Constanta, thats where all the fun seems to be during the summer (if u're into clubbing). Bucharest is kinda boring during summer 'cause all the people go in vacations and such. Kristal Club from Bucharest also closes that time of the year and the clubbing scene moves to venues such as La Mania, Kristal Summer Club and Cuando Republic, all of them located in Mamaia, Constanta. Of course there are afterhours beaches too.
Usually, in Romania, food, drink, tobacco, gas and public transportation (taxis not included) are cheaper or much cheaper then other EU countries. The club entrance fee is between 5 and 20 euros (last summer the most expensive fee was for Digweed @ La Mania - 20 euros) or there is no fee at all. A bottle of water costs 1- 1.5 euros, beer 1.5-2 euros (bar prices).
Accomodation still, is not usually that cheap, but it depends on what comfort level you want; anyway, the price for hotel rooms are not very different then other EU countries.
Still, if you want to see Kristal Club from Bucharest "at its best", I recommend you to come here next year on the 28th of january, when Digweed will play for the first time in this club.

10x for replying mate... well this is our first time that were planning to go to Romania so from what weve heard from Dj San (he played a couple of times here in Malta) he said that Bucharest is a place to attend. What about Kristal closing in summer ? are there 2 clus called Kristal ?

i am not romanian but i dont like hungarian people either. i went to niagra falls canada once, and went to the strip club and got a lap dance from hungarian chick, what a waiste of money that was, no enthusiasm, no energy, waisted $20. And that she was trying to agrue that I owe her $20 more dollars because she danced for two songs. Where I clearly rememeberd negotiating two dances for the price of one.

Nothing wrong with Hungarians at all they are a great bunch of people. Been to Budapest recently, had a great time there.
