But not any more ... Air is a pretty small club ... but this will be huuuuuge (assume its a pre Renaissance Wild in the Country appearance).

LOL ... I didn't even realise last years got cancelled ! That passed me by ... looks like a combination of poor ticket sales & a lost investor - that situation is unlikely to improve in 2009's economic climate.
So maybe this date is part of a UK Sasha & Digweed Tour :shock:

Yeah the original venue when they opened in 2000 was really nice, then they put the extra floor in where the balcony was and it was shit. I did cop off with a bird who looked like Mandy from Hollyoaks in there once,, so its not all bad.

To be fair Paul Thomas really pushed the progressive scene in the early days, He's a good dj... And they need warm up. 8)

I wouldnt have thought Paul Thomas would do 9;30 - 2am, so perhaps they will slot someone else in too.
And i would also imagine rooms 2 and 3 will just be full of brummy local talent

The prodigal sons are in town for an extremely rare b2b set, something that has not been seen in a club in the UK since 2001. Understandably, demand for tickets for this has gone through the roof and Early Bird tickets are almost completely SOLD OUT

Bump! So I decided to take the plunge and bought my ticket today :) I haven't seen S&D together before; of the two I've only seen Digweed, 4 times in the north-east and he hasn't disappointed once (my videos from the last time I saw him: [URL]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUWdu9tZI8g&feature=PlayList&p=4E452C8A94991F01&index=0&playnext=1[/URL])
I'm probably going to be flying solo, but I don't particularly care: it IS the architects of Northern Exposure, after all.

Cheers man, I will; it means a lot :) None of my good friends really appreciate EDM enough to make such a trip... most of them like just the mainstream pop/indie; I'm unsure if even Sasha & Digs could convert them! Still, this should be a quality night! 3 weeks' time :)

the night at manison was easly the best night ive ever had in a club, jaw droping stuff, roll on SW4
