My wife is coming off a flu, so for the first time in a long time, I'll be doing absolutely nothing this evening. I'd love to at least whip up a nice meal or something to commemorate the evening in some small way, but she's still trying to integrate solid food into the fold, so that's not really an option, either.

Looking to be a non-event at Casa de Toasty this evening. 'Tis fine, though -- haven't really made a big deal out of NYE for a few years, which reminds me of this post from last year's NYE thread:

There's always room for more JG tracks, especially if Rowan Blades is involved, or there is a deep space theme !

My how life changes. My parents are watching our son on NYE, the missus and I are going to Boca Grande for my friends wedding. Last year we had an awesome tailgate party for the capital one bowl. Looking fwd to a new year!!

In bed before 10pm hopefully. Last 4-5 nye I stay sober and go to bed early.

Most overhyped and overpriced night of the year.

I believe he spun for 8 + hours. I don't remember much, except he spun some dark and amazing choons!!!!!

Eat the beat vs heavy disco (Sean Johnston, Ashley Beadle and Dave jarvis) was lookin favourite but today was invited to soul buggin vs DIY so maybe headin to nottingham?
