She does have a pretty smile and I haven't had a chance to check out her sets yet, but her bio says she got her first big gig [I]months[/I] after she touched the decks for the very first time! Maybe its just me but I find it hard to believe someone could do a great job live only months after first learning to DJ (I guess with software you can do anything lol).

Lol, or maybe its just a case of having it all set up and laid out with presets beforehand (not necessarily solely by her own hands if at all) and then just pressing play and looking pretty behind a laptop is what shes actually good at.

like for instance.....I saw Perry Farrel from Janes Addiction play some records. Shit was like a clearance sale on the dance floor. Everyone dissipated like some horrible thing had just happened. Not really that bad but any one who knew what was up was just like damn...at least he's got some good music. Every one wants to be a DJ. and only a few are dj's. Fucking crazy to me but what do i know. No offense ment towards any one. I am sure that she is a great dj. I have no idea.

i wasn't going to say anything... but tbh i feel a bit sorry for her. i have heard some very funny stories about her and her djing, not just trainwrecking but not being able to play on certain mixers, having her set already sorted before the gig, whether true or not she would only know. it seems she was thrown into a position she wasn't really prepared for. thats not to say she isn't a natural or someone who won't learn how to do it, but i do think that it takes years to become an amazing dj and it takes years to earn the respect of your peers and punters by doing good work and working hard. i know shes got modeling to do so she probably can't spend as much time on music as a lot of people and that may be why people do things for her. but she's a lot further than me and i do it myself and i get frustrated trying to prove myself, so i think shes very fucking lucky.
