Yeah if they had carried on from 2002 Hernan, James Zabiela, Nic Fanciulli, Timo Maas would of all been great additions to the Nubreed series. Maybe what Global Underground should of done is not bother with all these spin of series, 24/7, Lights Out or Nubreed, They should of just put them all on the main series. Most of these labels are basically just releasing a snapshot of what the DJ is playing at the time. The only real difference is the packaging anyway.

^^ Yeah Craig Richards was penned to do a Nubreed in 2000. I suppose he didn't because he became involved with Fabric. I think it would of been a greet idea as his profile isn't as high as it once was

I don't know why people get hung up about Nick Warren and all his Global Undergrounds. Digweed has done more mix Cd's than Warren, Digweed's just done them on a lot more labels.

It'd be interesting to know the sales across the GU's .. I assume Nick Warren shifts a reasonable amount of units.

Congrats to Jimbo. Im sure he will make a wicked one. He's been one of my favorite producers for years. It doesn't say anything about it being a Nubreed.

I don't see the point in bringing it back after 6 years. If thats what they are doing. They may as well just start something new. I cant imagine they will be using the same art work as they did on the first 6. Jim Rivers is hardly as established as the other Dj's where when they did their Nubreed's

It isnt officially confirmed regardless of what anyone says as the label have yet to make a statement to the effect. Most of the speculation regarding the series resurrection occured from a few comments about the mix being part of a "blast from GU's past".
Nevertheless more news on Jim's album is due soon, in addition to information on other projects GU have upcoming (both announced and yet to be announced..).

Yes but lets remember, neither were they before GU picked up on them. They were just minor djs with a renaissance release.

all big name djs with a decent history when gu picked them up!
