why is it anonymous? not that the rep thing means or does anything, but if someone leaves a comment there, you should be able to see who the person is.

^^ a low rep number only affects the ability to play Games. But since they do not work anyways at the moment you do not miss anything. If somebody agrees or disagrees AND leaves a comment you will see who it was. But if it is just an anonymous vote to agree/disagree it remains anonymous. So raither complain about the chicken users who put your rep down without outing themselves. :p

as far as seeing, i cant see anybody regardless if a comment was left or not... see attachment

My shit is blue because I am hiding my reputation. Hover the mouse over it and you should see the description. BTW, I forgot that a user's view is different than mine so you are right with what you said. If people do not add their names like Didi did it, you are screwed. ;) BTW #2: LMAO at the comments on your profile. :Laugh:

yeah i'm infamous around these parts. just like didi, i always put my name whether i leave a good or bad comment. it's actually bothered me more in the past when i got green points and i didnt know from whom :)

Three elements are taking care of rep:
-
Board related triggers like for example numbers of threads started or being registered here since x days (rep can only go up through board related triggers)
-
Users agreeing and disagreeing with your postings (rep can go up and down)
-
[ms] crew fucking with you. Easy rule: our points go up, yours go down. Exceptions granted. :lol:
The higher your number of rep is (be it negative or positive) the more small boxes you will see under your post count and the color changes depending on if it's good or bad rep. Also the descripton of your reputation changes depending on the amount of good or bad rep you have. You can check that out if you hover your mouse over the boxes from different member profiles.

the numbers around here just don't add up yesterday miroslav the iq professor measured me at 58 then at the next hit i was 70 i'm grateful whichever and today i'm going to ask for a pay rise on the back of it :lol:
then my rep jumped too - from 1 to 5186 - so if the 53 is 100 per point then rounded i somehow got 5000 in one day?? cool - though surely it won't last forever - i can see a rep crunch on the horizon and an iq crunch sell,sell, sell bobjuice

poor old miro - sure he is a nice fella so i'm gonna give him a rep point to pull him back to -499,421. But with me at 5186 (rounded up to 53???) it means there's still 504603 between us so i'm definitely a lot more reputationer than what he is... do i get an iq bump for that miroslav? if my rep score goes past my iq (currently 58 ) what happens then? - scary
seriously though mate minus half a million has to be bad news - if you get to 700k maybe we should have a bail-out or pass the hat round??
