seriously, the court system in england is fucked at this point if no one realizes she is literally and clinically insane... they will institutionalize someone for saying they talk to cats, when that person will do no harm other than give some great stories, but someone like her who in the end will probably kill herself, or worse, kill others if she ops to get in a car.. they let her walk around...
