This is a pretty funny story. This guy was in Super Size Me.

Yeah he was talking about how healthy he was in the movie too. He was skinny and he said his cholesterol was normal for a guy his age and size.

Easier than you think W. I just searched MS for "23,000" thinking someone a while back probably started a thread about their 23,000th post... but this came up instead, and I knew it would get a laugh from Res, so I had to use it :).
