I have to disagree there, Im excited about Matter obv but I cant help but feel that the best place for the Bedrock 10th anniversary is sweating like a bitch in the middle of the dancefloor at Heaven.

So what you do if you need to have a somke ? go out of the club and come back ?

its called civilization! i love no smoking in clubs. can go home and not have to shower cause you smell like an ash tray after a couple hours at a show.

Not just the UK mate, Australia as well, and I think NYC? I smoke when I go out, and I'm glad they banned smoking in clubs :p:lol:

Mmm, I love the no smoking ban. Now instead of there being a faint small of cigarettes, you can walk around and smell people's sweaty pits and pill farts. Last time I was at Bedrock someone let out the wrongest fart ever and there was a vacant circle in the middle of the dancefloor about 10 feet wide :lol:

I do understand and support ban of smoking in resturents ...but Bars & clubs ...No not a rite move IMO.

What would you do now when you off your bollox and need this must to have cigy !! go out and satnd nex to the bouncer !!!

I know i was in Amsterdam in the summer and you can smoke a splif but can not light a cigy !! mental ...but with this i agree :twisted:

Any idea if a MS pre-party meeting is on ? what time & where ? as i will be arriving late in the after-non and i got couple of things 2 do, so would be nice if i know where & when i need to be a lil in advance.

Def best place to meet up is somewhere round london bridge, as can get tube straight to O2 from there. Wrong side of the river for me though so I dont know any bars around there. There are plenty though..

i want to be at the club before diggers goes on, probably around 9:30 (that feels strange to say haha). if we're gonna do a meetup, i'd like to aim for 7:30. have a few pints and some food, and then head down to the show. london bridge sounds as good as anything, i really have no baseline to go from.

Checked out Matter for the Sasha gig on Saturday. Really enjoyed it, BIG club with a big sound, although a bit too much vibration upstairs. Downstairs was rocking, real loud and Sasha was banging the tunes out. Some very friendly ladies too!

That's from the little I can remember of the night anyway :Wasted: :oops:

There's not really much round there that I saw. We had a couple of jars at All Bar One near Waterloo then got the boat from underneath the Eye straight to the O2. When you get off the boat you walk round the O2 to the entrance of matter, with nothing in between. The boat takes about 40 mins and has a bar on it, so you can check out London and have a few beers. Worked well for us.

Coming home was a bitch. 3 hours from the O2 to Guildford, but then we fucked up the timing a bit and then there were engineering works. But your options are a cab, the tube from about 7.15, or the boat runs every half hour back to Waterloo until an hour after matter shuts.

Still think it was a great night - Sasha was on form, I didn't have any problem with the crowd although there were a few twats there earlier on. But later on was talking to loads of people, very friendly.
